I purchased a Zen Esitilo LXI car on Jan 17, 2007. The details of this care are as follows:

Chassis No : MA3EMD81S00107621
Engine No: F1ODN3229484
Purchage place : Rajesh Moters Pvt Ltd.
12, Station Road, Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Car Owner : Shailendra Gupta
Address : B-36, Mahesh Nagar,
Tonk Phatak, Japur 302015 (Raj.)

This car was driven only around 2500KM. On Aug 27, 2007 this car meet with an accident on NH11 near Manpura, Distt Dausa (Raj) because of the Axel was broken and the right side back tire came out from its position and car Lost his balance and turn 3 times on the way and my younger brother who was driving that car got serious injury.
By seeing the broken axel, it seems like there were any manufacturing defect were there as the car was newly purchased in jan 2007 and was not driven much. So I request you to please take an action on this matter and issue an order for a technical checkup by an expert engineer in company’s workshop. As this car model is newly launched in Dec 2006 so it may be possibilities that some mechanical problems remains in that part batch.
At this time the car is in Rajesh Motors Company’s Workshop(Address 12-13, Sudarshanpura Industrial Area, Jaipur 302006 Ph: 0141-2216231,2216229,2216234) and Mr. Narayan Singh Khings ( Mo:9887480840) who is in Accidental Case Dept is handling our case.
Please reply me with you possible action.

Solution of your complaintAs My car is damaged badly and there is so much cost to repair this. Although Insurance company will pay around 75% as 25% will have paid by me to change the car body and ther is so much expenditure on my brothers hospatilization so i want replacement of my car or full paid repairement and full hospatilization of my brother. 
Actioni will go to consumer court as my car is new and not dirven so much. the axel was broken by manufacuring mistake.
