I own a Sukam Home UPS 800 with battery type HA 135C Sl no.0401409.I hardly used to have electricity cuts, but recent cuts made me understand that my inverter doesn’t give me even a backup of 5 minutes. Since my battery is still under warranty period, So I called up su_kam customer care to get it checked & replace the same at earliest. i got my complaint registered on 4rth of Sept 2007 ( complaint no.68591 ). Ever since i called up the service centre around 50 times and also mailed at there email address but of no use. But all my efforts seem like going in vain. Su-kams inefficient customer services makes consumers pay.



 

Solution of your complaintI want Su-kam customer care to get my battery checked. Being in warranty period they should either replace or repair the same.
