I am Vikas Agrawal, I was having a mobile connection bearing no. 9910076662 which I have surrendered on 26th Jun 2007. For the same I had made all the payment. At that time when I contacted your customer care excecutives they also confirmed me that my no. is surrenderred, but still for the safe side I had also mailed to email@example.com on the same date.
But now I am surprised to see when I receive a exortion call from your advocate regarding my bill payment for Rs 2500/-(approx) for the period after my disconnection of mobile no. Now I and my family is suffering from mental torture.
It doesnt look nice on the part of such a big firm. Please look in to the matter and give me the replay as earlier as possible.
