Sir, We operate a 120 cover restaurant in the city of Dehradun since the last 1 year. We had tied up with Pepsi India to provide Fountain pepsi in our outlet. Since the last 2 months the fountain pepsi machine has been behaving highly erraticly,there is practically no fizz in the beverages hence it is causing a lot of dis-satisfaction in our customers. We have been trying to call the local pepsi managers but despite repeated reminders there is no one to attend to our woes.The machine has not been serviced by the officials and the person concerned has not been able to provide us any satisfactory answer. Through this forum i would like someone to address our complaint. Thanks,

Complete replacement of the fountain pepsi machine or a complete overhaul.
We would change over to Coke and file a case in Consumer court.
