My AC is under Comprehensive maintenance contract and i had lodged my complaint on 3rd sep 2007 my complaint registration Number is 363834 that my AC is not working as digital diplay card is defective .
On my repeated complaints they kept on saying that your AC is not under Annual maintainence contract , i told them that my contract receipt no is 7333 and contract cheque has also passed from my bank vide cheque no 17980 dt 8.5.2007 and cheque passed from my bank on 2.6.2007.
On making complaints on toll free number and talking to MR. nitin and mr Wilson in mumbai service centre many a times we are always being told that within 24 hours the fault would be attended , but we think as already approx 10 days have passed and instead of 24 hours it is taking 24 days .
I dont know how a company like Haier India P Ltd , can sell it products if they dont have a good service back up .
Also more when we call Mr. Nitin he says talk to mr. wilson and when i call mr. wilson he says talk to mr. nitin, what is this is this is how big corporates work ,
|Solution of your complaint|| I think Haier India P Ltd , should change their srvice contract people as service providers have to be fast / efficient and polite in handling complaints. |
|Action|| we have no option but to move with consumer court as payment has been taken by Haier India P Ltd , and this is breach of contract that after making complaint on customer care it is taking more than 24 hours just to send the engineer . |
