Ever since i took the Tata Indicom connection, it has been getting disconnected every week and it takes the service men another week to get it fixed. The last time i could not connect for a month and a half, and I was told that my account would get extended by 2 months because i did not have connectivity for such a long period. But I can see that the extension has been given only for 13 days !!!!!! Every time i call up the customer service they put me on hold for ages, register a new complaint and tell me they will process this in 72 hours and get back-but it NEVER HAPPENS !!! I am really fed up their service(or the lack of it) and i think i have spent more on my phone calls to the customer service than on my internet. Also there is no refund option, and since its a prepaid connection, i am really really stuck !!!
