This is with reference to the agreement between the two parties i.e. Mr. Akshay Khanna and Zaks Consulting dated 10th April, 2007. The agreement was to seek his services to get a work visa in a leading 5-star hotel chain in Canada as a Restaurant Manager, within 90 days of the day of the agreement.
This fee was to be paid in 03 parts. The first part of Rs. 25000/- to start the application process, another Rs. 25000/- once I get the visa and the balance of Rs. 1,00,000/- divided into 10 EMI’s of Rs.10,000/- each ,to be deducted from my salary in Canada.
As per the agreement, the first installment of Rs. 25000/- was deposited on 09th April, 2007 in the ICICI Bank A/C of ‘Dominion College of Education Society’.
It was mentioned in your e-mails, that you prefer to communicate through e-mails and not over telephone and I agreed for the same. I have marked you almost 6 e-mails since the 90th day got over (on 10th July, 2007) and there has been no response from you.
Also, as per the agreement, in case of the applicant (i.e. me) not getting the visa with in the stipulated 90 days of application, the initial fees paid to you would be completely refunded on receipt of a formal letter of withdrawal of the application.
Still waiting to get my refund of Rs. 25000/-
