I am a prepaid customer of AIRTEL from past 5 year+. During the month of April to July 2007 I extensively recharged for which I got additional Airtel - Airtel 1000Rs+ talk time ( After recharging 333Rs). For couple of days as I noticed it used to get deducted from my dedicated amount whenever I call AIRTEL numbers.
When noticed after few days even though I had 915Rs it started getting deducted from my Main balance instead of dedicated balance. Every time I enquire the balance by typing *123# . It shows the AIRTEL- AIRTEL balance as 915Rs but with no validity expiration date .
After lot of discussions with call center representitive they agreed to open a complaint and gave refference number. i,e 0904141160. Representative lead had informed me that someone from AIRTEL concerned department would talk to me to resolve the issue as he couldnt provide me solution. But nothing happend after two days I got a message saying my compliant is closed . I am very unhappy with customer service of a leading service provider.
When tried reaching them again for seeking update on this complaint. Another representative told me that all their applications are down (A pity about the provide for using such a pathetic applications). and told me to contact again after an hour.(Kindly note that this discussions happend at 10 PM and representitive wanted me to call after an hour 11PM).
Contacting these helplines is so miserable experience. If I ask them to connect to their lead , most of the times it gets disconnected. WHAT A SERVICE TO PROVIDE :-). The response I got from customer representative was that my Validity is expired . How the hell I can get to know my validity when it is not displayed. Very Intelligent representative told me that I should call and enquire about my expiration date it seems.
It is nothing but cheating the customers.
|Solution of your complaint||It is multi fold solution .
1> AIRTEL should reiemburse my 915Rs AIRTEL - AIRTEL minutes. In what ever way.
2> When enquired about balance by *123# , it should display about the expiry date.
3> Complaints should not be closed without the concent of the customer.
|Action||I am going to consumer court case if it not getting resolved. |
