I am using the STD PCo Connection of Airtel for the past 2 years. As due to heavy competetion in telecome sector. STD PCO connection is no longer giving a enough profit but just satisfying the minimum rentals. I have two connection with nos 0171-4009838 and 0171-4009838. I was paying the tarrif of minimum 250 for 15 days as per the plan but from August 2007 I was receiving tariff according to 400 plan which was changed by the company without any notice. when i contact the local office in Ambala cantt they told me that I have requested for the change of plan and they have my signature with ration card copy with request. I was shocked after hearing this and asked them to show those documents. They asked me to come after two days. After two days when I approched them some internal sources told me that it was the fault of Airtel representative who by mistake change the plan of my conneection instead of somebody else also the documents submitted with them against my number was also wrong. When I asked the local office athorities in Ambala they keep me assuring that I will gtet the waiver .but till date niether my phone is working as well as they are keep sending the bill by adding surcharge.
I am so much harrased that I am looking for filing a case in consumer court.
|Solution of your complaint||Solution is very easy with airtel. as it is the mistake of airtel representative and just because of him i am suffering so airtel must punish him to hiding his mistake . he is Mr Rajeev with phone no 09896278240. and all the compensation must be given to me accordingly. |
