i am satish chavan with the cell no as 9880171581- I am trying since last 4 months to stop sending ecs request for the cell post paid usage and want to make the payment directly thru cash at any airtel outlet,but i have been decieved in such a way that i have to pay rs250 as penalty for ecs decline as well rs250 to citibank for the bounce of ecs request that is totally rs 500 extra other than my bill which has never crossed the minimum package of 249 + service chrgs, but since last 3 months in spite of no of requests still my bank a/c is been requested by airtel for the payment which will never happen b-cos my salary a/c is changed, i am paying my payment thru cash bfore the due-date but still i am being harassed by sending the ecs again and again though it is been paid by cash and being charged for not a mistake of mine. i am using airtel connection since 19 months without problems but this recent developments may cancell my relation ship so that i will cancell the connection and switch to other service provider and i will make it sure that if this is not stopped i will defanately not hesitate to educate my co-employees of our corporate company about the bad overconfident behaviour of ur ccare service as u have a big customer bubble globally- be sure that u may loose ur position to other service provider if the no of customers like me come across day by day -any how i hope this will not happen or it is left to u people- I care my nuts if this keeps on continueing- i have hell a lot of service providers in a que to provide a connection.

I believe airtel people will really react responsibley- and solve my issues or it is fine if they have already decided that -this is how they work -no body can help anyone who is rich and overconfident in his services |
|Action||simple- switch on to different service provider who is just waiting for a signature of mine on his offer application-and will never never pay the last bill of airtel at any cost- |
