I purchased a IRIS diamond watch from baroda showroom costing Rs. 49000/- They have given me warranty of one year. Now the belt of watch looks very old and damged. I have not damged it, but the durability and quality is too poor and not as per the standard. We can compare it with other brands also. But their standard is very low as the watch is expensive.
I want to replace the belt but they people are charging for the same though the watch is under warranty.
