I paid my bills online on the AirTel website. Unfortunately due to some error at AirTels site, the browser crashed and I was unable to get a transaction number but the sum of money was taken out of my account.
I made a complain to AirTel about the same and they asked me to Fax the statement to them. Unfortunately, I really do not have time to first wait for a statement and then fax it to them so I emaild the softcopy of the statement to them at email@example.com & to firstname.lastname@example.org.
They received the same and kept reverting back to me saying that they would resolve the matter. Now my mobile is blocked after 12 days of the complain and I can not make calls or even receive calls.
Also, the customer service is pathetic and they do not have the decency to talk politely.
