I contacted the whilpool service centre for the repairs of my washing machine which is under service contract. They collected it on 5th September 2000. On 9the they said it is ready, please make the payment and it will be delivered to your home. I made the payment as per their bill and till today they are not returning my machine. I contacted several tmes their call centre and each time they said it will be deliverd today and gave certain other false excuses but never returned my machine. I am facing difficult situation at home without the machine. When they have taken their payment in full why they are not briging may machine though they have also charged me for transportation. Their call centre is a hug of liers who only make excuses and do not cake proper care of customers. In my openion people should no buy Whrilpool products to save themselves from tye harrasement of their service centres.
Though they offer a service contract and charge us for the same and afterwards that whtever your machine requires replacement does not cover under the service contract.
|Solution of your complaint||The company (Whrilpool) have appointed irresponsible people as their service providers who
are not keen to serve but to make money and money by whatsoever excuse. Uch agencies should immediately be terminated to give a message to other such agencies |
|Action||I will file an FIR with the police and will not hesitate go to the conswumer court |
