A brand new car - goes for servicing , slight noise there when you steer towards the left. The service station guys say there is a leak in the power steering column & it would be ready in a day;s time.
After frequent calls to the service station , dealer & Maruti - Regional Manager get to hear that there is a manufacturing defect & they are trying to source a part from Gurgao. 5 days now - havent seen the car back , have had no confirmation from anyone about when I do get the car back.
Have already registered a complaint with Maruti call centre & on their we-site , still no reverts.
Solution of your complaint
Get my car back , and tell me realistic timelines for the repair. And , also make me understand how a car - 6 months old, run just 3500 kns develop an issue which requires it to be in the Workshop indefinitely

Go to court , & file a complaint with the Consumer cell.
