Complaint : 112260 was registered with Videocon service Centre 10 days back (all the Service numbers mentioned in the Warranty card, on their site, etc are all wrong, not existing or no longer in existence since few months, wherein finally could get it from a friend).
Daily the engineer has a different reason, once saying that he will come that day, another day - mentioning that he visited but nobody with my name and address exist in that locality etc - cock and bull stories - upon asking him why he didnt call me when he couldnt track the address, there is no respone also. finally today called them 6 times, wherein each time they mentioned will visit within next 1-2 hours and finally at 6.30 pm the support staff mentioned that the Engineer Ankur has left for my house only at 4 pm who never came till 7.00 pm and no phone call too. This is happening since 10 days. The Engineer checked if the TV is under Warranty and from then not interested, as he cant make money. The remote doesnt work (but any other remote of CD player etc also work for this TV and will do anything - volume, channel change, etc) also the color goes off (fades) suddenly for few hours, color doesnt come, gets rectified automatically, pink strip on the tube, etc problems.How can I get the problems rectified with my TV.?
