Haier refrigerator (481 ltrs) purchased from Vijay Sales, Bezzola Complex, Mumbai.
The chiller tray cover broke some time within the next three month.
A complaint was launched with the call center using the much publicized number . A technician came (in July 1st week) and informed that it would take more than 4 weeks to replace.
It is September now and there is absolutely no communication. Pretty pathetic after sales service for product especially high end. Your website claim of customer focus appears totally misplaced. In any case a very poor customer management.
|Solution of your complaint||Simply get a replacement & we agreed that if it is outside the ambit of aspects covered within warranty to pay for the same.
|Action||If there is no response in next 2 business days shall be constrained to purse alternate course of action to get resolution. |
