I ordered a ring on Sept, 16, was told 10-14 days for arrival. I have not received this ring. But I have been told it was Mailed Sept. 30th, then again on Oct. 4th and again of Oct. 5th. I have been given two tracking numbers. EO0096074205US, Which does not exist. I called back and was told it has to be scanned in at the airport to show up. The day it was to arrive, no ring. I call and I am given another track number. I ask why was told it must not have shipped out and they gave it another number. EO006080599US, it too does not exist. That was to arrive today. The post office said those are not correct tracking numbers.
I was told prior to being given the 1st track #, that it was still being made they were behind in orders to be told the next email it is being shipped.

No reason why it is late, or that it was made, 2 different numbers. No response of customer concern AT ALL. I am concerned that a company like this has my credit card #.
I want people to know what they are dealing with before attempting to make a purchase.
