i have renewed my account firstname.lastname@example.org on 6.09.07 using this pack after paying Rs899 for 100 hours. he account was to expire on 14.09.07 and I renewed beforehand to have continuity. I xchecked using my account and it showed valid upto Sept 08.
Now I am unable to connect and their helpline is totally unreachable and when I reach, they convey their inability to help. I have complained to email@example.com in writing twice but still no reply or urgency to help customer.
Sad to say, service was better when it was govt owned and I would never expect this from house of Tatas. Unfortunate part is that I have about 6 account with vsnl
|Solution of your complaint||they must rectify any fault and activate my account with immediate effect |
|Action||will go to consumer court and shut all my activities using vsnl ever again. Totally frustrated
