Complaint No. 1:- I am regularly using my data card for the past 3 months. I am getting specified connectivity for only 2 hours in the morning. When i tried to use the data card for internet application, i faces the problems of waiting for hours for the work requiring opening the site and no. of times my laptop got hang so badly that i have to take out the battery. This hanging is so unusual that i never faced this problem while using any other broadband service or during any other time since the last many years.
When I called the Call Center Guys, they were tossing me from one phone no. to another and when i asked they connect me directly, they gave me reasons like they can not do that or the network is down.
Complaint No. 2:- I have got CLIP charges for the internet connection. I asked the explanation for that and told me to call there Customer care center in Delhi. Also, they told me the terms and conditions of the service will vary from state to state (I can see the scheme written on Airtel website without any mention of the CLIP Charges).
They think customer is a fool (Comment from my side)
|Solution of your complaint||For Complaint no. 1:- I do not know, i am not finding any way of communicating my problem to airtel.
For Complaint No.2:- This is the simple case of harrasment from Airtel Customer Care. I have a Automatic generated SMS From AIrtel Punjab on the same mobile no. as to how did i like the service from there executive. (Laughable) |
