I am writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about the poor service that I have received from your company.
I purchase two sets of Dish TV connections (Dish Maxi offer) on the September 15, 2007 from your dealer Bagga Enterprises A-57, Madhu Vihar, Main Market Delhi, 110092, because your advertising suggests that you are better than your competitors.
Lured and fascinated by your advertisement, I was all set to view the revolution in entertainment. When I was buying the set-top-boxes, I was promised that you deal with problems quickly and efficiently, something that others were unable or unwilling to do.
However, to my utter dismay all your promises are mere promises that I guess are not fulfilled.
As on today i.e. September 18, 2007, one connection has not been activated. And, to add the worst part to it, second connection has not been installed yet.
Your dealer and the workmen keep lingering there promises saying that they would turn up in an hour or two but till date have not come.
The main problem is that an organization like you who promises the best of services actually fails in providing the basic services like installation.
Even your call centre numbers seems to be vague as the they ask you to enter the 11-digit chasis no. and then go on hold with no response.
Frustrated and disappointed by the amount of effort I need to put in, I hereby plan to surrender both the connections back to the dealer.
Additionally by leveraging the benefits of my profession, I would like to post blogs on the internet and a column in newspaper about the poor services offered by your company.
In case your guys donít turn up today, please note your customer base would definitely be effected.
And last but not the least even your feedback form displays a 404 error.
