Paid servicing of my Maruti Car No.CG-07 ZD 1624 was conducted at your workshop on dated 5th September 2005 .On dated 9th October 2005 while going to Dongargarh for darshan of Maa Bamleshwari Devi with my family and relative, my car suddenly stopped about 10 Kms .ahead of Rajnandgaon. On scrutiny, it was observed that there was no coolant and the engine temperature meter was not working. Due to this, there was heavy temperature rise in the engine and breakdown in the engine took place. Even the fan motor was also not working to cool the engine.
In view of this, there was a lot of mental torture to me as well as to my family and relatives. So, I had to hire another car from Rajnandgaon in order to perform the darshan, Meanwhile my car was sent to a workshop and got rectified the defects incurring an expenditure of Rs.1640/-. The rent of the hired car was Rs. 500/- the total expenditure incurred amounting to Rs.2140/-. The mental torture undertone by me & my family and relatives for about 5 hours is beyond description.
|Solution of your complaint||Compensation of Rs.10000/- for the mental agony undergone by us and also compensate for the expenditure of Rs.2140/- incurred for repairing the car due to the negligence of your workmen during servicing of my car in your workshop. |
