This is regarding fraud in Tata Indicom by charging bill extra
I have three complaints
1) Some time back when I was using prepaid number 9242197219 they change me 80 rupees for sending sms. When I asked them the told you send these sms can u believe anyone can send sms from 9242197219 to 9242197219. I tried a lot but could not get my money bank.
2) This is with my post paid number 9243186776, I canceled it on 6th July 2007 and my billing cycle starts for 8th July 2007 but these tata indicome charge me 150 Rs even after cancellation of the number
3) Similarly with my post paid number 9243186775, I canceled it on 6th August 2007 and my billing cycle starts for 8th August 2007 but these tata indicome charge me 180 Rs even after cancellation of the number.
Regarding this extra charges in bill of July I used to call customer care many time most of time they will hand me for long time and cut the phone at the end. Once I talked to even manager in customer care center but they have not even filed my complaint for this. Now for month of august again I got same problem of extra billing, Just now I called customer care, but again same thing happen, they let me hang on phone for 20 min and disconnected the phone.
Looking at all this it seems tata indicom talking this money intentionally without providing service. Last two time I tried to get help from customer care but could not get anything hence this time I am mailing the problem to you, hope I can get some thing out of it.
