1. Both telephophone number (25337713 & 25338997) are either permamently engaged or out of order. How a customer can book his Refil> He has to go physically to agency and stand in que in scorching sun.
2. Despite booking physically , cylinder refill are not being supplied in time. One has to remind to the employees of this prestigeous gas agency to do the needful after waiting for 12 to 15 days. This practice being repeated frequently.
3. Senior Officials of Indane are requested to look into the matter and pass instructions accordingly.
|Solution of your complaint||1. Prompt attendence of gas booking on telephone. this service be restore.
2. Refil cylinder be supplied in time.
3. Employees of Raj Flame Gas agency, Main Najafgarh road be instructed to behave like a gentleman with customers especially with ladies. |
|Action||The case will be brought to the notice of Senior Officials of Indian Oil.
If not solved , then we will go to consumers court. |
