My consumer no. is 36405. I got a gas connection from L V REDDY GAS SERVICE, SURVEY NO: 157/1, MANOVIKAS NAGAR, SECUBNDERAD, the Indane gas agency. I received a supply from L V REDDY GAS SERVICES only once on first delivery after that, whenever I called to book for a refill, both telephone number (27750715&27753584) are either permanently engaged or out of order. How a customer can book his Refill? He has to go physically to agency and stand in que in scorching sun Ö despite booking physically, cylinder refill are not being supplied in time. One has to remind to the employees of this prestigious gas agency to do the needful after waiting for 12 to 15 days. This practice being repeated frequently if you ask them I was told out of stock Then I use to go personally and collect the cylinder waiting for 2- 3 hours for instant I have booked my cylinders on 03/09/2007 booking number was 1198 still today I went personally yesterday they had assured me that it will be delivered today .. but I donít received refill.. they make all excuses like it was doorlocked / no body was answering at your home.. all silly excuses. All rabbis .. I have been suffering for more than 6 months now without a proper gas supply as I need a regular supply of refill. If you go to near by kirana & general stores they are selling it for 500 rs /- in black-market. if company is running out of stock how come delivery boys are selling to Snack shops, tea stall / hotels / kirana & general stores where is the company liability is focusing on black marketing or to the service of customer Please advise me on how to go about this matter,


Solution of your complaintproper management should be made at this particular agency and stop this black market supply by staff and boys  
Actioni have proofs of your boys and staff giving cylinders to kiran stores/ tea stalls in will put this all stuff in all tv and newspaper and put a case to indane and agency in consumer forum
