I recharged my mobile from a dealer through E-charge facility from airtel. that is being done on same day evening. but after some day i got to know that my balance is lapsing from account. so i called up to the customer care centre for the reason. they asked me that they received a call from a dealer who recharged ur mobile is asking that by mistake he done recharge on wrong mobile. so plz reumburse the payment . so customer reumbursed the payment from my account to dealer account. then i called to customer care centre they given me the number from the they received the request for reumbersement of payment. that is same dealer from whom i recharged. i want to know on what basic company reumbersed the payment without knowing the fact from the customer.  

Solution of your complaintI dont think so that airetel will give me any solution. bcoz they are very poor in their services 
Actionif they will not give me any solution i will make a add in news paper regarding their poor services and also go for electronics media.
