I recharged my mobile from a dealer through E-charge facility from airtel. that is being done on same day evening. but after some day i got to know that my balance is lapsing from account. so i called up to the customer care centre for the reason. they asked me that they received a call from a dealer who recharged ur mobile is asking that by mistake he done recharge on wrong mobile. so plz reumburse the payment . so customer reumbursed the payment from my account to dealer account. then i called to customer care centre they given me the number from the they received the request for reumbersement of payment. that is same dealer from whom i recharged. i want to know on what basic company reumbersed the payment without knowing the fact from the customer.
|Solution of your complaint||I dont think so that airetel will give me any solution. bcoz they are very poor in their services |
|Action||if they will not give me any solution i will make a add in news paper regarding their poor services and also go for electronics media. |
