Respected Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased a new mobile NOKIA N 70 ME vide Invoice No. 145906 dated 10.06.2007 From Subhiksha make NOKIA. In starting the Mobile was not working properly, and i had to suffer from minors problem due to defect in Mobile. But on 7th August I got to know that its 1 GB Memory Card was crupted and i had submitted the same on 7th August 2007. But now when i ask for the same from NOKIA Care they dont give me properly answer when i will get the same. I have to spend lots of time with Nokia Care but there is no response, i have lost so many times with their people, and so many time i have visited thier service centre but finally no response.
My Complaint No. is 2-2C DX5X with Nokia Care
Therefore you are requested to please consider the matter and do the needful.

|Solution of your complaint||I think they people do not have the stock as they say, so they must pay the cost of Memory Card and cost of suffering, what i have spend after regular calling and visited their service Centre, If they cant awail the same.
