Dear sir

I have purchased a maruti WAGON_R lxi on 9th of may 20007 my car number is AP 9BJ 510.and for the time I bought it .I am facing some or other problem .firstly while buying the car the showroom guys promised me a mileage of 16 -17 in city conditions and when I checked the mileage I found that it gave me around 9- 10 and the A/C also is the worst in summer it dosent at all cool the rear cabin. so for first service I gave my care to VARUN MOTERS which has a good reputation in hyderabad but I found those guys so unprofessional that they could not even solve my mileage problem but they even dint do my A/C and so I got doubt and again went to VARUN and asked to check the mileage in front of me so he attached the mileage testing machine with a lot of difficulty and we went on a test drive and found the mileage to be only 7 so he told me to leave the car for that day and so I did the same and then the next day he told me the car is ready and test drive is taken by our people its giving around 12 Ė 13 and later on will increase so I took the care and went but I found no change and this time I went and demanded for a test drive again and found that it giving the same mileage 7 and again requested them to solve my problem they again did the same and I had no difference in the mileage i was totally disappointed by the maruti service and with all unprofessional people working under a one of the big brand in India

So now time for my SECOND service as I was highly disappointed by the service given by VARUN , I decided to give my care from where I have purchased RKS MOTOR .and now at this time I explained him everything what all happened and why I am here so he then told me donít worry sir we will take care .and I left my car but the nest day when I took the car I have to rush out station with some work in my car so I went off and again I found that mileage of my care on high way was only 14 that too my A/C was off and I also had some additional problems this time I felt my engine rough this time and even on high way the car dosent stop if applied brakes at a speed of 100 kmph its not at all stable and I also have some sound coming from engine when I step on the accelerator peddle and many more small things

And now I have done 8000 KM with my car and it started the a new problem my gear stucks when I change my gear from first to second gear and from third to fourth gear and this time I a really unsatisfied with the product of maruti the standard of maruti is third class and even the service of the maruti is also the worst and all people are un fit to work no one is proper trained now know any work they are paid for nothing people have been telling itís a good car but I dint find even 1% of anything good in the car and i will never advise any of my friends or known one to go and bye a maruti product

So now what ever I have done a mistake of buying a maruti product now how can I get my problem solved is there any chance that my care gets to a fine condition or will it be the same I am sick with the service given to me and frustrated with the service and product of maruti or can u give me any mail address so that I can farward my complaint so that my problem get solved I think that even local work shop mechanic are better than your workers who work in service center.a friend of mine had a maruti 800 5 speed and looking at my care at first he sold his car and took a WAGON-R and now he is alo facing a low mileage problem and he is also repending fo his wrong decision . now I having started feeling that the showroom guys have given me a faulty car
