We (Leighton Contractors India Pvt. Ltd) are on of the leading contractors in India, and having many biggest projects in India within 2 years like Marines, Airport, Roads, Buildings, Telecom & other infrastructures. And having corporate accounts at our Delhi head office and this Agra-Bharatpur Highway Road project.

For this Agra-Bharatpur project we are having number of connections for UP & Rajastan. Our site office Located at exact border between Rajastan & UP. In Rajastan Circle we are having 85 connections and for UP circle having 10 connections, for that monthly bill we are paying appx.140,000/- This is our complete picture.

Our Issues:
Some issues our not resolved since May.07 to till now such as itemize issue & network issue since June.07 to till date. For reference kindly see the above attachments carefully.

As per itemize bills we have to deduct personal calls from our staff salaries, due to the problem with itemize we are unable to deduct the personal calls from our staff since July.07 & Aug.07. That’s why we are holding the payment this month bill (Aug.07) until we receive the itemize for July.07 & Aug.07

Every time we tried to speak with Mr.Vivek & Puja, after sending the mail about the pending issues. I think they don’t have time to speak & resolve those problems so,I couldn’t get spare time from them to discuss.

Since April.07 we had been giving many reminders to update our existing plan to desired plan nobody taken action. Mr. Harsh who joined recently and left in a very short period. Really he cooperated very much and get it done our plan update in the month of July.07, so first time we have paid total bill amount without any deductions for that July.07 month.

As per our earlier reminders (since 2 months) I put the dead line for 20-09-07 means day after tomorrow to resolve the pending issues.

I hope you will take an action to resolve our issues with immediate effect. If not, after 3 days we are going to deactivate all the connections slowly and will switch to ‘Hutch’. We have already taken the plan also, it’s very cheaper than our existing Airtel-plan

Note: Earlier we had used Reliance connection, due to the network problem we de-activated all the connections after 8 months and switched to Airtel, but this Airtel also seems to be same problem, so, once again we need to switch to another provider. We are using Airtel since March.07. The network problem we are facing since june.07, we are unable to speak continuously one minute at present.


Solution of your complaintImmediate enquiry and solution 
ActionChange the service provider, lodge a case with consumer forum and stop all bill payments.
