I recharged my prepaid hutch number 9886121417 with 452 one month validity and charged 88 ruppes top up to reduce my std call rates on 28/8/2007, I have called more than 10 times to the customer care and the first complain number is 482460226 and next complain number is 489441074, but they told me that the amount will be credited to your account in 24 hours. Though nearly one month over my account did not get credited.
I feel the hutch is not taking care of the complian seriously. Why should I call customer care so many times though I am entitled to be facilitated with the said service.
|Solution of your complaint|| I already charged 452 and got talk time Rs 300
Charged top up 88 to reduce the std call charges to Rs 1/pm
Again charged top up 120 and got talk time 104.
So total 50% of total talk time to be reembursed to my hutch account because currently hutch is charging Rs 2/per minute but it should be Rs 1/per minute.
|Action||I will seek legal advice from consumer forum.
I will throw my sim card as the service are very low quality.
I will take sim from other service provider. |
