I, Arif A. Lala, (Firoz Motorwala’s friend)) had gone to Goa, Paradise Village Beach Resort, from 11.01.05 to 18.01.05 (voucher no. 771 dt. 18.12.04). I had booked A/C Suites room. But unfortunately I was allotted A/c Studio room (room no. CC1).

From Goa, I had spoken to Mr. Raj about this matter and he had assured me that difference amount would be refunded back.
I have repeatedly spoken to Mr. Raj and Mr. Mohsin, requesting them to refund the difference payment. But my request is being ignored.
 

Solution of your complaintthe difference amount should be refunded back to me. 
Actioni will go to consumer court. in fact, mr. mohsin was ready to give me consumers courts no..
