Hello,

To whom so ever this might concern, My Name is Kamal Kishore Jain, My Reliance User ID is à 349884959380 and Phone # 9945690212,

I have a Reliance Wimax Connection which was taken on 22/08/2007,

It worked fine from 3 to 4 days fine till 25/08/2007 but after which it has been a major issue, I call Customer Care on 25/08/2007 and logged my First Complain # 54467273,

God knows if any one had done any thing or no it was working fine again,

After few days I noticed that Internet was not working I call Customer Care and logged my Second Complain # 54792204 on 31/08/2007,

I kept on calling Customer Care people and requesting to fix the issue, “Till Day No One Called Me”,

I was loosing my time and getting pissed off since internet was not working, so I called the user Customer Care People and requested them to Disconnect The Connection,



One Day Reliance Sales Agent Rohit called to check if every thing was working fine when I informed him the issue he was shocked and requested me to give one more chance,

I called Customer Care Yesterday and Today and requested me send some one to home to check on the same and also upgrade my internet Speed to 600 kbps (Ticket # 55481528).



I work for Thomson Financials and we have 12 Reliance Wimax Connection; I personal have used Reliance Broadband (In Rajajinagar) and was very very happy with Reliance,

But Wimax or the Third Party Agency (People who come to fix the Telsima Antennae) associated with Reliance seems to be a failure,

The Agency guys do not bring corrects tools they fixed my Antennae with a Cutting Player, I was getting 21 points and now hardly get 12 points once I Telnet,



I would like to have this issue to be fixed or would withdraw all 12 connections. These 12 including mine are for IT people who have to work from home in case of any emergency, if this is the kind of service provided then we do not want this.



Once again I wan this to be Fixed A.S.A.P, Please have some one call me @ 9945690212.
