Iam Sreekanth, A TataGroup employee working as an engineer in TataElxsi @ technopark Trivandrum.Four months back I have taken IndicaXeta GLG from Kulanthunkal motors ( THE ONE AND ONLY OPTION FOR A TATA CAR CUSTOMER) From the next week onwords Iam facing problems. Two of my power windows were having issues after first round of repair they did change the unit. AND My car is having water getting inside from road while driving in rain. 4-5 TIMES IT GOT REPAIRED (THEY ARE TELLING REAPIRED) STILL persists the same issue.
WHAT SHOULD I DO FURTHER ???
WOULD YOU MIND SUCHA BAD SITUATION HAPPENING FOR A TATA CAR OWNER ( A TATA FIRM EMPLOYEE )
I REALLLY FEEL BAD AND AM PLANNING TO CIRCULATE A MAIL THREAD ABOUT BY BAD EXPERIANCE WITH TATA CAR , IF AM NOT GETTING PROPER ATTENTION FROM TATAMOTORS OR DEALER.
