in month july your service 646has send message to subscribe for vas pack 99/-&latter 2to3 days send a message that due to unsufficient fund your subscription is not activated. Latter 2to3 days again a message came that your subscription for vas pack 50/- has activated &depleted the fund.Immediately contacting with121cce they reply that you have subscribed for the same. latter 3to4 days again amessage came to me that your subscription fir vas pack 99/- has been activated. After that I contact local dealer at jamshedpur(bistupur) & explain the same then they send a email to ms. sinha at patna for querry.she send me a letter with the same answer that you have subscribed for the same. Again today on 24-09-2007 a message came to me that your vas pack 50/-is renewed &depleted the fund.conact no. 9934521836 

Solution of your complaintthe whole depleted fund 99+50+50=199 should be return. 
Actionpublish in all the local news paper about such kind of cheating made by the customer &switch over to other service.
