Hi,

Date Of Purchase: 13 December,2005
Model: Electrolux W/M FabriGlow Steel E60(435)

I had lodged a complaint on 21 July, 2007 by calling the nos. 08025220736. The call has not been attended till date after calling the helpdesk and reminding them repeatedly.
No body has bothered to call me and enquire if the complaint has been dealt with. When I tried to escalated the issue, by asking for a managers no., I was given this no. 08032946304, stating that it was the manager’s direct no. I was redirected to call 0802219440/41 and spoke to Chandru who stated that he was not the manager.
He advised me to call 9342115441 stating that this is Mr. Vijay Goyal’s no. who is the Service Manager.
When I called this no. nobody picked up and nobody called me back either.
I do not know if there is a Mr. Goyal there? If he is there he is getting paid for nothing.

The whole process indicates only one thing and that is PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am regretting buying an Electrolux Washing machine. I will never ever recommend anybody to use any Electrolux products if this is the kind of SERVICE we are going to get.
What is the point of having a service center at all?
What is the point of having a manager in a service center if he does not have the courtesy to check if problems are being handled properly or rather being handled at all?
For all I know the employees in the service center may be logging calls by themselves and closing them, and instead of making service calls they might be sitting at home.

I have spent Rs.1000. to pay for the washer woman to wash the clothes through the past two months when I have a washing machine sitting at home doing nothing.
