I purchased N76 just for its looks,though it was very expensive,I purchased it for Rs.21000/- Four times after that I had the same paint issue,silver line paint goes off within few days.company swapped my handset one time and then it changed part 3 times,bt. again i have the same problem.Im working.I dont have time to go to nokia careline again and again,and wait for hours there.They tell me to wait for 21 days. company wants me to keep an extra handset along with N76 to use as my handset is always with them!!!!! I cant afford to. 

Solution of your complaintI want company to give me another handset worth Rs.21000/- I dont want want to keep N76 as I dont have time to again and again run after it. 
ActionI would like to go to consumer court or media CNBC.Such big companies cant cheat people like this.
