This is to inform you that I am holding a TATA broadband connection at my home by the user id:
It did not worked for 15 days in month of August. Again it gets disconnected on 8th of september till 18th of september,2007.Then it worked for 3 days only and again gets disconnected on 21st of september,2007 till tofay. Noboday came to rectify the fault and repaire it. I had launched complaints a number of times. The complaint number is : 3639312.
But No body from their end take any initiative to make things work. Is this what TATA provides at the name of customer care services?
My work is really suffering a lot due to this. I had already made 4 months advance payment.
So i want them to refund my 4 mionths advance within 24 working hours so that I can apply for another broadband service.
