i had booked flowers to be deliverd to india from this website.
the transaction was failed and the organisation claims that they have not recieved the money
but my credit card shows otherwise and this has been with a network of sites run under different names by the same group of people.
this wesite has charged me 1075 Rs fr flowers not delivered and other wesite named India online florist have charged me 828 rs fr the same.
the contact number given on the webpage is useless and the customer service is bad
i have been following up via email but they have been asking me for details and inspite of providing them with all the details they have denied that any such transaction has taken place in their account
i am extremely furious with this specific network

|Action||sadly there is not much i can do. i am an officer in the India Air Force and i am in the UK working here with the Royal Air Force.
i wish i could do something more than just write emails to people who dont know what customer care is all about |
