After a great disappointment from Vodafone - Hutch representatives i am writting to you and hope you will be able to assist me with the same ,

An executive called me to make the payment as the bill did not go through by easybill i use with HDFC , i was requested to pay by
14 August 2007 :
A person called Akash from Hutch came at my resedential address and collected the cheque for INR 1431 .
After few days my service , inbound and outbound barred .
I called up hutch regularly on numerous ocassions i have almost eleven calls recorded promising me to call me back after they locate the cheque or resolve the issue , i spoke to almost 20 representatives in 45 days but no one was bothered to call me and tell me whats the update on the issue .
Finally i had to take a tough stand on this , reached to JMD Hutch shop in gurgaon , but the bigeest joke was they promised me a call back in next 48 hours which i never received untill i reached JMD hutch shop again after 09 Days and the only answer Mr rohail Manzoor had was we are sorry for the inconvinience but we cant do much . now my request is that i am not happy to pay this INR 1431 to hutch , and i hope i dont have to give you the reason why , you have all the records , specially if you would like to speak to Mr Satbir Singh ( Team Leader ) who took the resposibility of all the expenses occured , if i have given the cheque to any hutch representative , for which
i have shown the original receipt to Mr Rohail Manzoor in JMD Gurgaon Hutch Shop .
This is not all i have a lot to write but i am still trying with Vodafone - Hutch to solve this issue .
