I bought N80 model phone on 11th January,2007 and since then in regular intervals i was having software hanging issues which after restart of the mobile used to get corrected for sometime then on 23rd September ,2007 it abruptly stopped working , keys stopped responding.Even after spending such a hafty amount of Rs. 24000/- on N80 within 7 months i have faced so many issues and now after i gave it to Nokia care centre they want to push them off from saying that it is having liquid damage when i never had taking it in rain as i am not a two wheeler person nor i know swimming to take in water. I have kept always my phone with full care as it was my dream to buy this phone. But all got thrashed as NOKIA is selling their degraded and bugged products here and putting the terms and conditions in the manner that customer has to pay for that. It is really ridiculous that Nokia care people owned by HCL technologies are not even having photostate machine to get the customer bills photostate.The worst ever service provided by a company is NOKIA and i wanna bringt this to the notice of this company that i am gonna fight for this kind of behaviour and pushing the blame on customer.They have mentally and monetary exploited myself. I need justice asap from NOKIA.
Solution of your complaint
My handset replacment or atleast fully repaired as it is under warranty period asap.
I will go to Consumer Forum Court and lodge the complaint against Nokia India and Nokia Care centre (HCL Tech).
