The BL 5C Battery of my Nokia 3210 was found to be faulty as per nokia product advisory board. Therefore I had given full details to through Nokia website with my address etc. for replacement of the battery on 15th August 2007. I have not yet received the battery even after 50 days and I am unable to use the phone as the battery is faulty. The customer care officer at their Bangalore call center did not give any information as to the despatch of the battery and just asked me to wait for the battery and kept the receiver. I dont know what to do. Please help me.
