Bought 21" coloured TV (Model :NEXT 2104E)
Shop Details:NEXT Retail Shop,Begumpet,HYDERABAD.
1st complaint:WITHIN FIRST 15 DAYS, TV TUNER BOX was not working( TV WAS NOT ABLE TO CATCH even 10 CHANNELS).mr farooq was contacted and even a complaint was made over the call at the service centre..technichian came & repaired TV Tuner.no demo was given before this complaint.On 25/07/07 TV stopped working abruptly.I informed the showroom person(Mr.Farooq)and also made three complaints. Mr farooq said he would replace the set if the problem is genuine.after making a prior appointment I carried the set to the showroom.which costed 300Rs.after an hour the technichian was called.ANOTHER SET WAS ALSO BROUGHT from the store also at my cost.the new set of the same model was not working(shows that there was a flaw with the series)technichian said circuit flaw was there .we argued with Farooq & he consented to replace the set in written as soon as the stock is available.we left the set at showroom.after a lot of argument and requests we got the same old TV and and farooq denied all his commitments .this time even the remote was not working and the problem was not solved.the set continued to stop abruptly.we contacted every possible person but the problem was delayed.on warning about police complaints the technichian came and took away the tv kit.after alot of hassels we got our kit back but without the remote.the power button is non functional and even the picture is abrupt.
|Solution of your complaint||the set must be replaced as its just 2 months old as per the commitment made in written.even this correspondence has costed me extra including phone bills records and commuting to the showroom as the concerned party was indifferent to my complaints on phone |
