This is to inform you that I am holding a TATA Broadband Connection number 023680,
Inquiry number is: 1266680 and, CAF number: 1186381 by the user ID:
I had applied for this connection on 17th of July, 2007.
My connection did not worked for 15 days in month of August. Again it gets disconnected on 08/09/2007 till 18/09/2007. Then it worked properly for 3 days and again gets disconnected on 21/09/2007 till today. Besides constantly calling up customer care services, nobody came to rectify the fault and repair it. I launched complaints regarding this many times. The complaint number is: 3639312.
But nobody from their end took any initiative to make things work. Then I launched an online complaint in “mywoes.com”, complaint number: 7103MW931950 on 26/09/2007.
Then on 27/09/2007, somebody from TATA head office called up and when I asked them to refund my money as I have already made 4 months advance payments up to December month, He said that my balance refund will be only Rs.800. And when I asked him to repair the connection then the other day they send some executive on 28/09/2007, and he connected the connection and it worked for only one hour and again gets disconnected. I again launched the complaint for this. Nobody came yet and today when I called up customer care centre, they told me that my connection is suspended by billing department of TATA. So you can judge that in the past 70 days, it worked for only 15 days.
I had mailed about this many times to the Nodal Officer (North), but all in vain as I think that these people are not at all concerned with the customers facing inconvenience due to them.
This is how TATA people work.
I want my full money back i.e. Rs.4496 at the earliest so that I can apply for another connection. Or this TATA connection should be repair ASAP with the guarantee of not being disconnected in near future.
