since 30th sep 2007 morning there is no conectivity of internet at my place. I lodged a complaint # 1064174. I called up customer care and they assured me in sometime(10-15 mins) u will get connectivity. But there was no connectivity. Then i called up again then they said it will take 24hrs time as we need to restart server. Then after 24hrs i again called up and they said we r working towards the solution. On 1st October i called up 4-5 times in a day but then also they are no way. There technical support is such a worst that they couldnt able to rectify the problem. Moreover they dont have any courtsey to update the user. Now i have entered into 3rd day of no connectivity stilll there is no update from there side.
Dear friends if you are planning to have HATWAY at your home or work place please thing twice before having it. There support is worst.
If any senior HATWAY personnel reading this then please talk your concern dept to get it rectify it. Acct# 203671. regards, Amit
