airtel charged me for gprs data ,I want to ask when I never opted for gprs service then how can they charge on me the sum of amount.after filing complaint with them a executive assured me that the wrong calculation would be corrected within 48 hours .
but after 7 days there is not any amendment and they threating to disconnect my services.
