On 20th Aug 2007, I had taken my vehicle for paid service to Ratan Motors, deonar. The vehicle however was not returned till 2 Days. When it got serviced I was charged for those services which I had not even asked for which includes Disk Brakes Cleaning. I have no issues for this incident, however I was shock to find the brakes performing in a pathetic manner. Ie they had lost their original grace and were not at all strong enough to halt the vehicle to a stand still manner even when applied with utmost pressure.
I immediately brought the same to Mr Khatri’s notice ( Khatri is the Manager for the service adviser Mr Pradeep Rane). However he has not rectified the problem to my satisfactory & has confirmed that nothing much can be done beyond the nominal tuning up done by him for the 2nd time.
I am very upset since I am regularly reminded about this problem whenever I drive my vehicle.
Solution of your complaint
The problem should be repaired to my satisfaction & off course free of cost
I will initiate a complain with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd & if required, go the consumer court.
