Im using a P990i mobile phone from Sony ericson.Its not been an year i bought this phone,but the phone looks like 5 years old now.I really dont know with what material they have made this phone.The paint and color of the handset is faded.I really care for my mobile but then its looking as if it as got some skin disease.So I approached the service center in Trivandrum,kerala.The people out there said ive to pay for this as it doesnt cover under warranty.So i asked them to escalate the issue ,so that the officials can know.So they took the snaps of my mobile and send it to some other service center for asking whether this will cover under warranty.The reply I got was negative and the service center people asked me to contact email suport ,if they can do something or not.So i contacted email support stating the issue but I didnt get any reply.So I called the callcenter .I called them and told about the issue,I was asked to wait on call for 15 minutes and then the reply was I will get a call back from more responsible higher official.Since I didnt receive any calls I had to call them back again.The reply was same ,that I will get a callback.I called these people 4 times.The result is I lost my 4 calls money and my valuable time.Now I doubt whether there are any responsible person working there.
I spend more than 30000RS for this phone and Im really sad that they dont have the basic courteousy to check this issue.If this is the case of an high end mobile ,what will be the case of small end mobile.
|Solution of your complaint||Customer buy things like mobile from Sony having in their mind that they will provide good products and SERVICES.So I want the people to check as to why this kind of thing happened to my mobile.If the issue is reported for the first time then Im ready to handover this phone to the company for doing some R&D,so that this doesnt happen to another valuable customer.If the issue is with phone and if its under warranty,its the responsibilty of the company to get a new handset ,rather than saying this issue doest cover under warranty. |
|Action||If this issue is not solved ,I will go to the service center and get it repaired by my own money and will sell this phone and say "NO "to sony ericcson mobile.Because without repairing this,I wont get enough money back by selling this.Im registering this complain because I want responsible officials to know about this issue and check it. |
