1.Unexpected delay of making job card, took 1.15 hours.
2.Surprised to see the final bill that RF-7 oil treatment was charged while oil was drained out in my presence. I would like to know that by which process they applied RF-7 oil treatment (is it with the new oil? as I know, it must be poured with the existing oil & start engine for 5-10 minutes then drain out). Pl. tell us about your standard procedure if it is different with we mentioned above. Secondly ,is it recommended to apply RF-7 on the first service i.e. 900 km running only.
