I am Kawaldeep SIngh working in HCL Noida. I bought one corporate connection from Airtel . One day Airtel person called me up that we have come for your enquiry,I said I am out of office now can you wait for 20 mins they said Ok you come. When I reached office there was no one waiting for me.
Next day I was out of town ,then suddenly i found that my incoming and outgoing has stopped working.I contacted Airtel people when I came back to town after 4 days, I had a word with Gaurav and made a request for reverification,he activated my outgoing. Next Day on 3rd Oct again I recd a message that your connection has been deactivated. I contacted Anshul Saxena, He again took my request . On 4th of Oct an executive from Airtel came and did the verification and after he left my outgoing was again deactivated . I again contacted Airtel,had a word ith Vishal .He said that your outgoing has been deactivated because you were not there in office on 3rd Oct.Infact I was there in my office but none came. So I asked Vishal how comme you have recd the report when no one came from your office for verification. He said I dont know. Then I said please activate my outgoing when the verification has been done. He said It will be done in 4 hours.
Its all shear harrassment of the Customer. Their executives do not visit the customer,just frame some reports and ultimate in the whole process Customer get harrassed.
