I have a corporate connection (CUG) with Airtel.
My number is 98 403 421 22.
I have recieved an SMS from 5454 which says,

"Diwali 100 Wala Contest. Win a Home Theatre System by becoming the first to score 100 points! SMS Diwali to 5454, Chg Rs.3/sms. Contest ends Nov1."

I have answered 96 questions and my score was "76". Then i have answered 97th question and the answer was correct but the score was surprisingly "24". I thought i might have received the message wrong. I answered the question and answer was correct and score was "25". Then I realized that the score was changed from "76" to "24".

So, I called the customer care and told the said above. He took one minute and replied back that he cannot do anything and this is system generated. I got irritated and asked for where can I complaint about it. He also advised me better not to play this kind of contests (Surprising....) He said that it would not help you. So I kept the phone and called back after some time. Then another executive has answered me and said that it will not happen like that. This is system generated and it will not be wrong. I said, I am not a fool calling u and wasting my time and i will send the message if you want that. Then, he said he would escalate the case. But I have not received any message from him again.

Solution of your complaintI want the reason why it happened like that. I want the money back, which I have lost in playing the contest. They should not run this contests if they cannot coordinate properly. 
ActionI have to contact the highest level officer of Airtel to get solution. I will not leave until i will be answered
