After about two month of purchase, when the monsoon started we have notced that water getting inside the car and gets logged in the rear side. On 8th May 2007 we brought this matter into the dealerís attention and it is been serviced at the dealer workshop.
The vehicle is already due for 2nd free service and on September 20th we have found the same problem (water getting inside) and taken to the same workshop. The workshop folks said, it is not serviceable by them and it is been taken to their head office workshop
|Solution of your complaint||I have paid 3.5 Lakh for this vehicle and I am not getting any proper support after sales. If I put a sales enquiry I get 100 phone calls from the dealer about the offers, but they are not bothered about the post sale support.
I strongly believe that, this vehicle is dispatched without having a good quality check to find out the manufacturing defect and now we are suffering after paying such amount.
We are eligible to get the compensation regarding the frustration, mental tension and time we spend and request you to callback this vehicle and issue us a non-defective one. Due to water logging it has spoiled the entire felt mat and the other stuff is got screwed up by the workshop by opening/closing and all. After all we have paid such amount of money and we got a defective vehicle and servicing for the same for the entire life is not an acceptable by any customer. I am getting sleepless nights because of this issue. I would require a complete replacement of this vehicle with all accessories as of now.
|Action||Incase this is not acceptable, and then I would like to proceed with consumer protection act, because we donít want to suffer any more and spoil our life just because of this problem |
